Return Policy

14 day return policy.

All items must be unworn, non damaged, and non stained.

Receipt and tags must be present with return.

All sale items and gift cards are final.

You have the choice of a full cash refund to the original payment method or store credit.

No donated or gifted clothes are eligible for a return.

Online Returns

To start a return for an online order:

1. Email sales@bittyboutique.com with your first name, last name, order number, name of item you wish to return, best number for contact, and shipping address, photos of the item(s) showing proof of no stains or damage. 
   
2.  A return label will be emailed to you once your return is approved.
   
3.  Print return label, tape securely to return packaging, and ship back to us!
4. Once we’ve received your package, a refund will be sent to you via the payment you used at time of purchase.
